TOPIC: Freeze the runtime.

Freeze the runtime. 3 months 1 week ago #3111

Dear sir,
I am using Tesla SCADA V2.62.2 software.
When the Tesla SCADA runtime is opened for the first time, the DB file starts at runtime. However, even after waiting for 15 minutes, the runtime did not start.

When opening the Tesla SCADA runtime for the second time, then the "Tesla SCADA Runtime" started in only a few minutes.
Both runtimes are now open.
I would like to know how much time the DB files cover.

Please provide a solution for the runtime freeze.

Best regards,
Chetan Kashyap

Dear Chetan,

What DB do you use? SQLlite lets use only one connection. If you want to use multiple connections use other DB. What's the reason of using 2 Runtimes on one PC?

I am using History DB Trend.
Reason of 2 runtime use because first runtime was not closing and stoping,so opened second time of "Tesla SCADA runtime".

History DB Trend it's a graphical object. I mean of type of database do you use: teslascada.com/HTML/databases2.html
Anyway before opening second Runtime you have to close first. Check your project. The reason why your first TeslaSCADA Runtime is not closing is that you use Autorefresh in History DB Trend and your database is too big. And also I recommend to check scripts for endless loops.

Ruslan
