TOPIC: History DB Trend line intermittent display

History DB Trend line intermittent display 4 months 6 days ago #3655

Dear Sir,

I am currently using the History DB trend with Tesla SCADA Version 2.62 and have encountered an issue. At first the trend value graph line display properly but after sometime the line went missing. I need to click stop and then run in order to make the graph line display again.

For your reference attached the image

Best Regards
Rozaimi Ahmad

I am currently using the History DB trend with Tesla SCADA Version 2.66.1 and have encountered an issue. The trend value is only displayed for 2 seconds when the cursor remains on the curve, and the value disappears after this time

I would like the actual/running values to be continuously displayed on the curves when the cursor is positioned over them.

For your reference attached the videos TeslaSCADA and Plant Aveva SCADA.

Best Regards
Chetan Kashyap

Dear Mr. Kashyap,

Try to use the last version 2.70 for your project. If you still have problems send us your project.

Best regards,
Ruslan

I did some troubleshooting via database level when this issue happened

MariaDB [(none)]> SHOW GLOBAL STATUS LIKE '%connect%';
+
+
+
| Variable_name | Value |
+
+
+
| Aborted_connects | 0 |
| Aborted_connects_preauth | 0 |
| Connection_errors_accept | 0 |
| Connection_errors_internal | 0 |
| Connection_errors_max_connections | 0 |
| Connection_errors_peer_address | 0 |
| Connection_errors_select | 0 |
| Connection_errors_tcpwrap | 0 |
| Connections | 33 |
| Max_used_connections | 1 |
| Performance_schema_session_connect_attrs_lost | 0 |
| Slave_connections | 0 |
| Slaves_connected | 0 |
| Ssl_client_connects | 0 |
| Ssl_connect_renegotiates | 0 |
| Ssl_finished_connects | 0 |
| Threads_connected | 1 |
| wsrep_connected | OFF |
+
+
+
18 rows in set (0.001 sec)

The threads connected become 1 from original 4
I did try to restart the database but it didnt resolve the issue except I need to stop and run again from the TESLA GUI.

Is there any other method to re established back to connection from TESLA GUI to the database without upgrading to the latest version.

We can't check version 2.62. We don't have possibility to do this. If you have the same problems with the latest version we'll check it.

I have to upgrade both Project and Runtime to version 2.70 or I can remain project at 2.62 and only upgrade Runtime to 2.70.
