TOPIC: Why cannot Load on device?

anyone can help me solve this problem?i try use my friend's laptop to load device can found my device. But on my laptop cannot

You can try to do the following:
1. Try to restart "Load on Device" window,
2. Try to restart TeslaSCADA2 Runtime on your device
3. If you know IP address of your device try to choose Static IP and find it by IP address.
4. Check firewall of your laptop, maybe it blocks.
