The TeslaScada2 software has the SMS or email sending feature, when an alarm is generated tag for example?

Unfortunately TeslaSCADA2 doesn't support SMS or E-mail sending feature at current version.

Hi, If you need to send an sms then you can sign up for a 'email to sms' service. Then you can send the email from TeslaScada to the service, but the client will receive an sms. I did try this at one point and it worked fine but it got a bit expensive. The difference between emails and sms is that email remain within the internet, so are effectively free, but sms have to involve a telco and they always charge.

Yes, there is no free services for sending SMS. In our country some mobile operators providing E-mail address. By sending to this E-mail address you can get sms message, but from this mobile operator number. I recommend to use Telegram bot or E-mail or services like IFTTT to get notifications.
