TOPIC: Data read and write in the SCADA.

When SCADA runtime is condition, after reading and writing value is show after many more time. When any button press control is very slow. The issues faced regarding delay in reading and writing data in the PLC.

Please solution provides how can data read and write is fast ?

What PLC do you use? How many tags do you have in your project? Maybe your PLC is answered too slow. I recommend to check it by using Wireshark software. Also check poll interval in your PLC server settings. We recommend to use 1000 ms. If you have many tags in your project we recommend to increase this value.

We are currently utilizing a Schneider Electric PLC M-340 with CPU part number BMXP342020, which encompasses 600 tags in our project. The license type is Full, and we have already configured the poll interval timing to 1000 ms.

Could you please enlighten us on the benefits of using Wireshark software in this context?

As I understand you use Modbus TCP protocol. By using Wireshark you can monitor Request/Response speed. How fast does your PLC response on the Request from TeslaSCADA. Maybe you setup registers are not available in this PLC and it doesn't response during long time.
