TOPIC: License will not deactivate

I have used this system on my IPAD and wish to move it back to my computer for some debugging. When I go to deactivate it says a license is available to deactivate the license deactivate turns green to deactivate however it appears it never actually deactivate.
My License is for Modbus
The code is Modbus please email me for the code is required.
Both the computer and IPad are connected to the same WIFI and I have also tried a Lan connection.
I have activated and deactivated serval times over the years without this issue.

After becomes green you have to upload the project on your iPad and only after the deactivation process is finished (item 5 in user manual: teslascada.com/HTML/import-for-ios.html). I've deactivated a license myself you can activate it on PC now.

I am using the same program that I used with my IPAD, now on my computer using the tesla scada runtime app it says it activates the license fine. I get a return message. When I run the program I can see polling action between my computer and the device however none of the objects update with information. I can use this same computer and modscan the device would good data returns. I appears something is blocking the return data to the Tesla Scada runtme.
I do not get any pop up warnings and the app runs and just does not update and of the meters objects. This program was working with a IPAD with the same lan connection before changing back to the computer.

I don’t know it’s a first time anybody described such problems. Send your project to check.
