Dear Mr. Tran,

What's IP address do you use in settings for connecting to standalone server? You can find IP address in Server Info page: teslascada.com/HTMLCLOUD/server-info.html

Best regards,
Ruslan

Ruslan:
Thank for your helps.
Some how my TeslaClould Standalone User Login is messed up. If I login as Admin, I do not see the Setting Tab. If I login as User, I see the Setting Tab but I do not see the Server Info tab.
I try to reinstall TeslaCloud but the problem is still the same.
Is there any way to reset the administration info so my Admin user can see the Setting tab?

Best Regards,
Robert Tran
By the way. I like your software very much!

Dear Mr. Tran,

If you forget admin password there is no way to restore it. Its made for security purposes. There is only one way to restore it. Manually remove admin user in user table or remove the whole user table.

Ruslan

Dear Ruslan:
I am having problem with the Standalone TeslaCloud Server. If i use the TeslaSCADA2 runtime which is run on the same VM Cloud server to feed data to the Standalone TeslaCloud, It work OK.
But if I run the TeslaSCADA2 runtime from another remote computer and feed the data to the Standalone TeslaCloud, I only see the tags but all the data is zeros, not update. The IP address configuration of the Standalone TeslaCloud Server is OK. I have no problem with the cloud.teslascada.com server.
Is there some configuration on the Standalone TeslaCloud Server that need to be set such as firewall rules that allow the remote TeslaSCADA2 runtime to send data to the Standalone TeslaCloud Server?

I also have another question:
Can I install the Standalone TeslaCloud on the Windows Machine?

Best Regards,
Robert Tran

Dear Mr. Tran,

It’s hard to understand the cause of your problems. It may be related to the firewall. Please check the ports used by TeslaCloud (you can find them in the **Server Info** section of the Admin panel). Also, please check the logs of TeslaCloud and TeslaSCADA Runtime.

At the moment, TeslaCloud can only be installed on a Windows machine by using Docker.

Best regards,
Ruslan

Ruslan:
I think I know what is happening.
My Standalone TeslaCloud is behind the router. The port need to be forwarded to the router and the IP address should be the pubic IP address.
What port should i use to forward to the router in order to send data from the TeslaSCADA2 runtime to the TeslaCloud? 7000, 7001 or 8090

Best Regards,
Robert Tran
