I read some possibilities regarding alarms.

But is there a easy way to generate an alarm sound based on 1 bit?

You can bind this 1 bit to Boolean Tag. Enable Alarms and enable HiHi and LoLo and fill up messages if you want. If you want getting alarm message and sound you should enter priority for this event below then Notification (priority<) from Project property settings (Events/History tab).

OK, this works fine, but only when the app is "open" and on the foreground

If the app is running, but not on the foreground, it doesn't pop-up and no sound is played. That's one of the things you expect when an alarm is triggered. How can I solve this?

Yes, It works only if your mobile version of TeslaSCADA2 Runtime on the foreground. When app is closed you can't get notifications, because our app directly requests devices and requests are stopped when app is closed. To get push notifications you should use PC version of TeslaSCADA2 Runtime that will always requests devices you want and you should enable Telegram bot or E-mail client that will send alarm notifications.

Ruslan
