Hello,
is it normal, that the Delay Time between the PLC and Teslascada 2 is about 1.05 sec -1.50 sec. ?
I test it directly with Lan an with to PLCs (Siemens S7 315 and Siemens Logo 8 )
I test it about 2 ways

1. I Send the time from the PLC through the Teslascada (with Script) and back to the PLC and then a calculate the differenz between the two values.
2. I have created a button and a boarder. With the button I switch the boarder. Of this I have made a video and measured the time between pressing and waving the color of the boarder. Here I come to about the same time. The PLC itself has a cycle time of 5ms.

I Also Push the Update Invertal from 1000ms to 100ms but i see no differenz.

Hello,

Response interval depends on number of tags used in your project, LAN quality and response time of the PLC. For connection with Siemens PLC our product use Siemens iSO/TCP protocol. Maybe priority of response of your PLC is no so big like cycle time.

Best regards,
Ruslan

I used 3 tags.
The LAN quality is very good, because I have connected the PLC directly to the PC. The response time of the PLC is under 10ms. Now I also tested the interface Modbus for the Logo8. Here come out the same values.
Have you ever measured your time?

Yes, we've measured times. That usually depends on PLC. Did you change both values Update Interval (ms) in Project Settings and Poll interval in Server settings?

Best regards,
Ruslan
