TOPIC: Communication problem - 1212C v4.2 (Siemens)

Perform communication tests with a CPU 1214C v2.0 all good ; then I try the same operation with a CPU 1212C v4.2 and it does not establish communication .

You should make some settings in TIA Portal to have possibility to work with S7-1200 PLC v 4.0 and higher. To check checkbox "Permit Access with PUT/GET communication from remote partner (PLC, HMI, OPC..)" in Protection menu of General tab in PLC settings of S7-1200. See attached picture.
