TOPIC: Triangular symbol on labels

I have a question about a symbol that appears on labels.
When might the red triangular warning symbol shown in the image appear? Those labels relate to a Modbus server.

This is symbol is shown when connection to the server is lost and the graphical object has a tag that bind to this server.

Why doesn't the symbol appear on all PCs when you disconnect the communication? How can I make it appear?

It's included in the version 2.69 of TeslaSCADA. Maybe on others PCs early versions installed.
