TOPIC: Freezing runtime problem

Good day,

I am using teslascada2 runtime on a Windows 10 minicomputer that I connect to via remote desktop. I use it to control a photovoltaic power plant.
I log in to the remote desktop, run the runtime and project, everything works fine.
I close the remote desktop and still everything works great.

when I log on to the remote desktop again, the program seems to be frozen, not responding to anything. I close it, run it again and everything is ok again.

Anybody know what this is causing?

Try to do something like this: Computer Configuration/Policies/Admin Templates/Windows Components/Remote Desktop Services/Remote Desktop Session Host/Remote Session Environment: Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for RemoteApp – Disabled.

Unfortunately it didn't help. I tried to disable remote fx graphics.
Other programs work normally.

Of course I can always restart the program, but that is quite impractical. And remote desktop is the only possible solution.
The computer is installed in the switchboard of the photovoltaic power plant.

No, we don't have any idea. We didn't test our app through Remote Desktop. Can you send us log file - TeslaSCADA2_Runtime-debug.log. You can find it in the package where installed TeslaSCADA2 Runtime.

I've got log files. It contain logs from 4:22 to 8:01. Does freezing occurs during this time?
