Hi, I am trying to connect a micrologix 1100 connected to a router to a Android mobile running TeslaSCADARuntime. Could you help me?

What problem do you have? If you've got "Can not connect to server?" try to ping your PLC Ip address.

Please tell me what address IP or DNS I must put in server properties. My plc is connected on a wifi router connected on internet.
