I have situation of multiple different tags called the same script upon changes.

Is there a way to identify which tags that triggered the script? By doing so, the script reacts according to the caller tags.

No, unfortunately it's not possible to detect which tag triggered the script.

Is there a way for us to call the script for any changes of the tag value. Not just by comparing the value before calling the script.
