the "Fit into screen" selection in the Android app does not affect the display !?

Yes. If you check "Fit into screen" and load project which design dimension (in Project settings) is differs from dimension of the Android device screen then you'll get dimension of the project's screens equal to the device dimensions.

In this way you should take in mind menu bar of the Android device.

Yes, during calculation of the Android screen's dimension, we don't make subtraction of the top bar. If you want to use "Fit into screen" and don't want to use "Full screen" take this in mind and make in project's screens during development a little gap below.
