On Project properties, it is mentioned about screen dimension - example 1600 X 1200

Question
1. Can the TeslaScada open with this "dimension"
2. Can we disable the Minimize, Close, Restore Down button on the top right
3. Can we start at certain location, ie have extended display - and automatically want to pop up on that display.

Answers to your questions:
1. You have to setup screen dimensions for every screen to have possibility to open in this dimension. Screen dimensions in the project properties is used to setup default dimension of the screen when you create it. Also it's used for proportion scaling when you setup Runtime screen dimensions and for mobile devices when you check "Screen dimensions" in settings of TeslaSCADA2 Runtime.
2. No, you can't do that.
3. You can setup X and Y position of the Popup screen.
