I'm not sure I understand your question. Yes, it's possible to connect TeslaSCADA Runtime to the local IP address.

Depends on the server you use setup localhost, 127.0.0.1 or IP address the PC on which TeslaSCADA2 Runtime is installed.

No, we don't have such video. I don't understand the problem. Setup local IP address could be done in the same way like remote IP address.
