please can anyone show me how i can convert my tesla runtime programe to .exe , so i can instal it on another pc

I don't understand your question. You can download installation .exe file from our site and use it to install on the PC you want.

Lets say I have designed the SCADA project on my PC and every thing is working,now I need to go and install it on my client PC for him to be making use of it,
how do I go about it?
Do I still need to install the TESLA SCADA i downloaded form the web site on my client PC again ?

Thanks i got your message, but what i really need is like u creating a project , when through with it you u can still copy that same project transfer it to you android phone and run it in the phone
so please i need to do same but with another pc, with out me going to install the tesla scada software

There is not required to install TeslaSCADA2 Runtime on the PC to transfer project file on Android. There is also available manual method: teslascada.com/HTML/load-on-device.html . Also it's possible to Import project on Android device by using button on the main menu of TeslaSCADA Runtime for Android.
