Hello,
Where did you install TeslaSCADA IDE. Check folder where you installed TeslaSCADA and enter folder DB. There should be database files with .db extensions.
If there is no available these files maybe you've installed TeslaSCADA in the folder where you don't have permissions right. Try to Run as Administrator TeslaSCADA.
