Robert,

Do you mean history record? If you use TeslaSCADA Runtime for providing data on TeslaCloud you'll get history dada from TeslaSCADA Runtime and there are sampling rate faster. And yes, on Standalone server it will work faster.

Ruslan

Thank you very much for your quick response.
I still have one more question:

To send SMS message using TeslaSCADA runtime, I must use GSM modem (2G). Since 2G is phasing out on many parts of the world, is there any 4G or 5G cellular modem that can be used to send the SMS message?
If they are not available at this moment, can you upgrade the TeslaSCADA in the next revision?

Best Regards,
Robert Tran

I will place the PO for the TeslaCloud soon after I finish the testing.
Thank You

Dear Mr. Tran,

We can study this question, but if we decide to develop 4G/5G SMS supporting it will be not too fast. Nobody requested this feature before. Usually Telegram bot is used for notifications purposes. It's more comfortable for this. No need additional device (modem) and no need to pay for SMS.

Best regards,
Ruslan

Rusian:
I am new to telegram so please instruct me here:
When I use SMS message, If there is an alarm at the remote pump station, the SMS alarm message just popup on my cell phone such as " Pump Station 1, High Water Level Alarm".
Is it going to be the same if I use telegram bot? Do I have do any additional step on my iphone to receive the alarm message.
If I have 10 different alarms, do i have create 10 different telegram bots, one for each alarm?

Best Regards,
Robert Tran

No, you need only one Telegram Bot and you have possibilities to get notifications from all your tags.

Dear Ruslan:
I am having trouble installing TeslaCloud Standalone Server in my Ubuntu Cloud Server 22.04
After I start the automatic installation using the command below and when the installation is about 75%, there is a pop up screen "Configuring gdm3" appears. It asks me to select the gdm3 or snmd display manager. However; I can not use the keyboard to do the selection. The key that I types shall be repeatly echoed on the screen.

Here is the command that i used:

curl -fsSL teslascada.com/Downloads/install.sh | sudo bash

I also try to attached pictures to this topic for you to see but there is alway error:
"Attachment image size exceed limit allowed by configuration"

Please help me to fix these problem.
Thank You
Best Regards,
Robert Tran
